How to get your SQT Scheduled:
1. Fill-out the HOST INFORMATION FORM
2. The Regional Coordinator will contact you to schedule your SQT for the weekend of your choice.
3. You will need to determine:
1) how many games you are guaranteeing (must be at least 3),
2) will it be just boys/just girls/or both boys and girls,
3) the team entry fee amount.
4. Distribute your SQT information to teams in your area that might want to attend.
5. Secure officials for your shootout.
6. Confirm teams for SQT a week before event.
7. Send out a schedule a couple of days before the shootout.
8. Fill-out the FINAL REPORT FORM and mail the form and a check to TBC.
